Every electrical job is unique. When our electricians attend the site, we will provide an upfront no-obligation quote so you know how much the job will cost before work begins. 

What forms of payment do you accept?

We accept cash, card payments, including VISA, Mastercard and American Express. We also work with Buy Now, Pay Later providers Zip to offer convenient finance options** payment plans.  

Do you offer a warranty on your work?

Yes, we’re pleased to provide a 12 month warranty on our workmanship. You can see our ts&cs for more information.

Are your licensed and insured?

Yes, our electricians are fully licenced and insured. 

 

What can I expect once a booking is made?

Once your booking is confirmed, our electricians will give you a call an hour prior to your booking to let you know they are on their way. 

How do I know if I need to call an electrician?

If you experience flickering lights, frequent circuit breaker trips, or any electrical smell or sparks, it’s best to call a professional. We can also help with new installations and upgrades.
